Ullapool’s cafés and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away, giving you complete freedom to eat when and where you choose.

We do not accept children. The Ullapool Rooms is a peaceful escape exclusively for adults, created especially for rest and relaxation. Our rooms have been thoughtfully designed for a calm, grown-up experience for two.

A valid payment card is required at the time of booking.
Your booking includes free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival.
The full balance will be securely processed using the card details provided shortly before the 28 day cancellation deadline.
For bookings made within 28 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
For bookings made through online travel agencies (such as Booking.com), the cancellation and payment terms shown on the relevant platform at the time of booking apply.

Check-in is between 4pm-6pm.
Guests that book directly with us enjoy the benefit of complimentary early check-in (value £30) at 3pm subject to availability and pre-arrangement.
We encourage guests to check-in by 6pm. However, late-check-in after 6pm can be arranged if needed. We ask you to pre-arrange late check-in before arrival.
Check-out is by 10.00am.

Yes. Dedicated private parking spaces are included for our Signature Rooms. For our Classic rooms, there is ample free and easy on-street parking at the property.
