    Ullapool’s cafés and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk away, giving you complete freedom to eat when and where you choose.

  • We do not accept children. The Ullapool Rooms is a peaceful escape exclusively for adults, created especially for rest and relaxation. Our rooms have been thoughtfully designed for a calm, grown-up experience for two.

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required to secure your booking.

    The remaining balance is payable at the time of booking, so your stay is fully confirmed in advance.

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on how you book.

    Direct bookings always benefit from our most flexible cancellation terms, while bookings made via online travel agencies follow the policy shown on that platform.

  • Check-in is between 4pm-6pm.

    Guests that book directly with us enjoy the benefit of complimentary early check-in (value £30) at 3pm subject to availability.

    We encourage guests to check-in by 6pm. However, late-check-in after 6pm can be arranged if needed. We ask you to pre-arrange late check-in before arrival.

    Check-out is by 10.00am.
